Q: Will the software work on a Mac?

All our software relies on certain components of MS Windows to run properly. It will not run directly on a Mac. There are two options for Mac users: The software can be used on a virtual Windows system on a Mac, such as Parallels and Virtualbox. The other solution is to buy a low-end Windows pc to run this software, especially when you're publishing books as a business. Our software requires Windows 7 or higher.

Q: Can I get a refund for my purchase?

Puzzle Maker Pro Unfortunately we had to stop allowing refunds for Puzzle Maker Pro purchases after some people have used the refund period as an opportunity to create puzzle books for free. This is unfair to other customers and to us as BookPublisherTools. You can find a demo version of Puzzle Maker Pro here . The demo version contains all the different puzzle modules, allowing you to test the software functionality and features before purchasing. Other Products POD Graphics Maker, POD Pattern Maker, Ultimate Planner Maker and other products.
